OFIS Refund Policy – Refunds are not available for OFIS events. If a registrant contacts the OFIS office by email prior to the event to advise us that attendance is not possible, that registration can be transferred to another registrant from the same school for that event, or the registrant can be transferred to the next available date at no charge. If a registrant contacts the OFIS office AFTER the event has occurred, no transfers are available.
Standard OFIS Waiver/Release – OFIS staff or consultants may provide resource materials as part of professional development to enhance and further educational goals and objectives. These resources are provided as a source of reference only and are considered part of those programs. Resource materials are not intended to be used independently of event attendance, instruction and leadership.
